We specialize in commercial and industrial A/C and Ventilation ranging from R 30 million rand contracts for the Cape Town Stadium and Eskom’s Gas Turbine Power Station in Atlantis to a single unit in a customers office of shop.

Rescources
We are based in our own 1000 meter sq premises in Maitland and have a permanent staff of more than 100 employees as
well as a fleet of 28 vehicles to ensure that we have the resources to meet the needs of our customers.
Training
We have been members of the Air Conditioning Contractors control body SARRACA for the last 15 years and are currently actively involved in a number of training initiatives with SARRACA and Northlink College to ensure our employees are technically skilled in the fields of Refrigeration , Electrical , Maintenance and duct erection and to provide them with opportunities for advancement within our company. We are also accredited by MERSETA to carry out in house training of technicians.

One third of our turnover is generated by our maintenance department which is the cornerstone of our business as they are vital to look after the needs of our regular service customers such as Pick n Pay and Shoprite as well as many other office and retail businesses. Our service department also provides important back up to our contracting arm in maintaining new installations during the guarantee period.
Drawing Office & Ductshop
We have our own drawing office in which we use the most up to date software for the design in A/C. We also manaufacture all out ducting in our very own ductshop.
Recent Achievements
In the build up to the World Cup we were fortunate and privileged to have been awarded projects such as the Cape Town Stadium in a joint venture with Installair 30 million, Eskom’s Gas Turbines in Atlantis 27 million as well as the Cape Quarter and Pepper Club Hotel. While these were fantastic projects to be involved in this size of job does not come up every day and our bread and butter remains the small to medium sized office , commercial and retail type of installation.
